Magtatayo ng Sunshine Fort ang Federal Land, Inc., GT Capital Holdings, Inc kasama ang ilang kumpanya ng Japan na Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Lt., at Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Ito ay magiging kabilang sa 10-hectare Grand Central Park development ng Federal Land sa Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

Tutulong sa pagtaas ng kasalukuyang kita ng Federal Land ang nasabing plano.

Ayon sa pahayag ni Alfred V. Ty, Chairman ng Federal land, “Today is a momentous occasion as we officially welcome Nomura Real Estate and Isetan Mitsukoshi to the GT Capital family. This initiative fits into our group’s business model of forging strategic partnerships with best-of-class global brands.”

Nagkakahalagang $400 milyon Japanese-inspired residential at retail complex ang Sunshine Fort na inaasahang makokumpleto sa 2025.

Wika ni Seiichi Miyajima, Presidente ng Nomura Real Estate, ang pagsali ng kumpanya sa merkado ng bansa ay resulta ng magandang pagkakaibigan ng Japan at Pilipinas.
