ISINUMITE na ng Office of the President sa Kongreso ang unang report hinggil sa implementasyon ng Republic Act (RA) 11494 o ng Bayanihan to Recover as One Act alinsunod sa Section 14 ng nasabing batas.
IPINAHAYAG ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, sa nasabing report ng pangulo na isinumite nitong Lunes, Oktubre 5, nakasaad dito na kailangang mapaibayo ang kapasidad ng health care system ng Pilipinas para makontrol at masugpo ang COVID-19.
Dagdag pa ni Roque, dapat ding mapabilis ang recovery at palakasin ang katatagan ng ekonomiya at pag-ibayuhin din ang fiscal at monetary policies.
Ito naman aniya ang ilan sa mga salient point ng nasabing report: Nakipag-ugnayan ang Department of Social Welfare and Development field office sa regional offices ng Department of Interior and Local Government at regional mechanisms ng Inter-Agency Task Force.
Itoy upang malaman ang mga lugar na sertipikadong isailalim sa granular lockdown para sa maayos na targeting ng low income family beneficiaries dahil bibigyan sila ng ayuda.
Nakasaad din sa report na mula sa September 11 hanggang 30 ngayong taon, nag-hire ang Department of Health ng 8,980 human resources for health para sa priority health programs.
Mahigit 10,000 na nurse o 10,673 nurses ang nai-deploy sa primary care facilities para lumahok sa hospital-based and community-based COVID-19 responses.
Habang kasama rin sa COVID-19 response ang mahigit apatnalibo o 4,276 iba pang deployed human resources for health.
Ini-report din ng DOH na as of September 30, 2020, mayroon nang 17 bilateral partners ang bansa para sa clinical trials.
Kaugnay nito, nagpahayag ang Pilipinas na interesado itong sumali sa WHO Solidarity Trial for vaccines at COVAX facility.
Para naman mapabilis ang pagbangon ng ekonomiya ng bansa, inaprubahan ng National Economic Development Authority noong August 19, 2020 ang revised list ng infrastructure flagship projects sa ilalim ng ng Build, Build, Build Program.
Kasama rito ang pitong bagong infrastructure projects.

Ini-report din ni Pangulong Duterte sa Kongreso na as of September 30, mayroong mahigit P18 bilyon (P18,000,058,000) ng kabuuang Bayanihan grants ang nai-release na sa local government units (LGUs).
Mayroon ding food assistance, procurement ng hospital equipment at supplies at iba pang COVID-related expenses.
